When will my order be ready?
Delivery of printed items from Sports Team photo shoots typically take 2-3 weeks. Waiting on make-up images may delay delivery further. Please encourage all athletes to attend the day the photo shoot is scheduled to avoid delays.

My team didn't hire you...can I bring my athlete to you?
Yes, but it would be done as a General Session. A significant amount of work is done behind the scenes to make the images. The cost of that is spread over the entire team through individual orders. If I'm not seeing the entire team, those costs are not covered and I cannot offer prints at normal pricing without a session fee.

Can I get my athlete's digital image?
A high-resolution digital individual image with print release is available for purchase.

I don't see my athlete on your website. Am I ordering correctly?
Yes! You won't see a proof on the website, but samples of the products. If you wish to see your athlete's image before receiving the final product please attend the photo shoot.

How will I receive my order?
Sports Team orders are packaged separately and delivered to the team contact for distribution to save you on shipping costs.
Shipping is available for most items if selected during the checkout process.

Do I have to purchase a package for Prom/Hoco pictures?
Yes, the cost of background materials is covered in package pricing. Additional items are available once a package is selected.
Exceptions are made for friend groups and court images.

Can you send me images to make T-shirts, blankets, etc?
Talk to me about what you are trying to create. While I won't send you the digital images, I am happy to explore a direct vendor relationship to get you the products you are looking to create.

Can I pay extra for the Social Media Sized Digital Image with Logo?
The Social Media Sized Digital Image with Logo is a free product sent to those with individual orders over $100. You can add to your order if you wish to surpass the $100 order threshold.

Copyright Infringement
Scanning and printing a purchased print, editing a Social Media Sized Digital Image in any manner, printing a Social Media Sized Digital Image, and having vendors use my images for products without the permission of CLP is a violation of copyright laws.
